Having graduated over 40 students in the month of May, 2014, Lashone Business School is set to train more individuals interested in becoming a realtor. The training is not meant only for people in the real estate sector but for investor and people who want to understand the workings in the real estate sector. The Lashone Business School is an affiliate of the University of Lagos and the lecturers are professionals who are practicing and also lecture in higher institutions. Some of the lecturers are also consultants in the real estate sector. The registration fee for the Lashone School of Real Estate is three thousand naira only (#3000). Lashone School of Real Estate training will last for one month.

The training is in three areas; Media, Computer and Laundry and Dry Cleaning. The personals involve in the training process are professionals and astute individual who have on-field experience. But these set of trainings are more of practical and field work due to the state of the art equipment in the various departments of the company. The registration fee is five thousand naira only (#5000) and interested candidates can register in any field of choice at the head office of Lashone Group at Plot 411b, Omofade Crescent, Omole Estate Ikeja, Lagos.

Furthermore, the big project from Lashone Business School in the skill acquisition coming up in the month of September. The goal is to train 1000 participants. Last year over 100 Nigerians were trained. The registration fee is one thousand naira (#1000). The training cuts across various fields from Fashion, Hair Dressing, Learther works, Makeup, Entertainment etc.
