Lashone Links Housing Co-operative Multi-Purpose Society Limited is a house ownership actualization and investment society using the power of co-operation and thrift. It is duly registered with the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture Co-operatives.

The co-operative society seeks to acquire acres of land for sale or estate development to meet housing needs of members or for other purpose as a form of investment for the economic benefit of members. They also seek loans for industrial/housing development from banks, the co-operative circle and other financial institutions, to acquire acres of lands for sale or estate development to meet the housing needs of members and to encourage regular saving amongst members so that each member may cultivate the habit of making savings at least once monthly.

They also seek to provide credit facilities to its members at fairs and reasonable rates, to engage in any other economic or social activity as may be approved by the general meeting of members and to raise capital through share holdings by members in the society.
