firm, Lashone links have declared of its intention to go global in its
strategic development. In a statement during a parley with members of the firm
at the cooperate head office of the company, the chief executive officer, Dr.
Lanre Shonekan said that the company’s global vision will not end with what they
were doing in Ghana. He revealed that the company has the juicy property markets
of South Africa, Dubai, and The United kingdom in its future promo. He speaks: “From
2014, we will be doing property buy back, we can do it and then sell them out
like you will do in a place like Mushin”.
“You can build a hotel
and then rent it out even within a place around Omole here”. “In 2014, we are
working on Dubai, in South Africa we can buy for just N 7million and this you
can get for a let or lease arrangement, so really when God gives you a vision
it goes beyond just building an estate”. He assured the staff in the company
that there will be more money in the company when they start building for the
general public. The real estate tycoon affirmed that he was motivated to give back to
the society because of the challenges in our society. He reeled out his
fantastic plans on social responsibility as holding meetings with Ikeja youths
staging job fairs and helping to train leaders in the country.
